10 bucks to who ever knows where that line comes from. Actually mother's day was yesterday, but can I just say, I love being eligible to celebrate yet another holiday! I worked most of the day but then I got to come home to open presents and watch the Red Wings win. Great day!
While I miss my mom every day and maybe even a little more on this particular day, I am grateful to have so many wonderful and inspiring women in my life. My sister, aunts, great aunts, mother-in-law, my mom's friends, and my own life-long friends have been such a strong support in my life. I am truly so lucky to have each and every one of them. And this baby will be just as lucky to have the support system of such strong women in their life. So I celebrate this day remembering what an amazing mother I had, the incredible women in my life and the mother I aspire to be for my children.
